I have a name and want to know if this person is convicted of anything. Is there a way to find out?

On both sites you can search by name, or you can type in an address and it will map the locations of sex offenders in the surrounding area (with their address, name, picture, etc).

Excellent site. The owner of the website has appeared on Oprah and several news shows.

Depending in what state you are in, some have online databaces. Call your local sherifs department and ask.

CriminalCheck.com Just type in your zip code For a decent price you can also register with publicdata.com and find everything down to parking tickets. It will give you date of arrest, date of court, offense description, sentencing etc. All with just a name. Good Luck.

http://www.familywatchdog.com If that doesn't work, check with your state's Department of Corrections website or the Department of Justice site for your state.
